Quite a nice site.

The one (among many) thing I like about the nature of the content is that it's not dated; I mean they are self standing posts that have value in a visitor going back time and again to remind themselves what a particular article said.

If I was to 'pick a bone' it is that your intro blurb on the blog says that there will be weekly posting. I like how you indicate right up front that it is not a daily posting (unlike mine which says it will have a new tip every day and does). You manage the visitor's expectations.

However, I did notice I think that there was one week that was
missed

Lastly, do you have the permission of the people you interview for their pictures and names and.... to be posted in the articles on your site?

Just to clear it up - yes, I have permission to use everything there, these are actual interviews with the people

I know it says weekly posting and while that was the original idea (a good one, I think) obviously it hasn't happened quite that strictly.. I'm just working on a redesign right now and I have so many people who have agreed to be interviewed that I just need to spend a few days doing interviews to work up a bit of a backlog I think, so that I can make sure that I do publish four a month.

I was thinking about expanding the scope of the site a bit but then I thought no, the unique bit is that it is just real interviews with people so I should keep it simple like that - so the redesign has a similar structure but looks nicer.
