I'd add more content and make the adsense blend in at top. Looks bad all white when background is blue. Also get more clicks that way. Since it is about programming don't worry about making theme "interesting" just stick to good practical content and tutorials.

IMO, you have lots of post on your homepage maybe 3-5 post is good.. and maybe add some screenshots about that particular codes...
