I like the concept and most of the layout.

Regarding layout I'd just tweak a few things.

I'd adjust the header as it looks as though something is covering part of the image. Do this if you choose to use this theme.

I'd also maybe use a theme that doesn't have so much wasted space on the right hand side. Lots of important relevant stuff is so far down that it will most often never even get a chance. This way you don't have to look into the header either. There are hundreds of thousands of free sites where you can find wordpress themes.

Good concept and blog however with a theme face lift I think it could be much more effective.

Right, I'll be changing the theme soon enough. (I've been looking long but most themes colour scheme dont suit to my liking.)

I knew about the banner but just too lazy. Exams are in progress for me so would do something soon to make the whole banner shown completely.

How about the content? Any comments on it?

Really good content, I'd recommend you spell out commonly used acronyms the first time you use them in a post. Such as PS2 say Play Station 2 the first time than go to PS2.

Such a well written thorough post like that needs more exposure. When exams are done pick a nice 3 column layout that suits your eye and get a pro to make a header for you. You can use this guy; he has done stuff for me and you can't beat the price.

I'd also maybe contact some high traffic sites in your niche and tell them about the post and ask if you could post it on there blog with a slightly re-written intro paragraph as a guest blogger. It's a great post, very professional I could it working.
