I'm trying to drive a Trabant across the world

I'm trying to Drive a Trabant across the world.
A Trabant is an old Soviet relic, a plastic mass production car from the 50s, dubbed "The Worst Car in the World", by The Times.
Along with a few other adventurers, i'm trying to get one from Germany to Cambodia to raise money for street children.
It's difficult.

We have plenty of supporters in Romania. The Trabant Clubs there were really helpful (theres some blogs on the site- we were there in August)

I'm currently stuck in Bishkek, Kyryzstan while the car's get repaired. We're about half way through, but could be stuck here for some time....

I think it's an awesome idea. This is the kind of thing that would get people following it. Just be ready for more adventures afterwards .

To start you need to change your tile at the moment it is just `. It's doing nothing for your search engine rankings.

The website itself is phenomenal.

For your site I'd suggest changing the theme or making your pictures smaller so the sidebar is on the side instead of up top. It's easy to think the page has no content by the title and first fold when it's filled with interesting stuff. Especially for people interested in traveling.

Thanks for the tips: i've changed my title to "Trabant Trek, travelling the world in a plastic car"
Is this too long? Maybe it would be better just to stick to Trabant Trek. Not really sure what gets the search engine's going...

I agree with you about the page needing a better template- having looked at other blogs, mine doesn;t really fit the format. It's no problem to make the pictures smaller. My only problem is all my previous blogs have pictures 800 pixels wide, if i change the width of my blog space, wont all the pictures in my older blogs get cut off?
