Hello all! I have a blog that I and a friend plan to make money on. The topic of our blog is Neopets. (The only reason this is our topic is because its the 250 top keyword and isn't too crowded) Anyway, you can visit out blog here: neopettimes.blogspot.com Any advice is needed! Thanks!

Hi there welcome to the forums! I think if you want to make any money you might want to add a few keywords on your title that way google is able to find you. You might want to add a video or some nice photos. I am not the most experienced blogger out there yet, but I know some about SEO. I am sure Nathan will have a better review to give.

Like Omar said keywords will be your important things if you ever want to compete for that high value high traffic keyword. The main problem is your title, as shown in the title bar of the browser. It says "NeoTimes" but the important thing is that it doesn't say "NeoPets". That means that you will probably never show up in a search for "NeoPets".

I highly recommend that you change your title to something like "NeoTimes - NeoPets Tips, Tricks, and News."

That way you can land search engine traffic for NeoPets, NeoPet Tips, NeoPet Tricks, and NeoPet News.

With regard to your theme you need to spruce it up a lot. If you ever want to be able to grab the attention of youngsters you need to put NeoPet images in your posts and get yourself a colorful theme.

I wrote an article on color psychology a while back. I suggest that you read it for advice on colors that would be good to use to keep youngsters interested.

If I were you I would also use colors and design similar to the NeoPets website. That way you can achieve maximum interest for your target audience.
