I like it. I think the banner is really nice. You have a variety of good posts.

It looks nice at the top without being too crowded, but the things I notice are:

You have 10 posts which scroll down forever beyond your sidebar. You don't seem to have a regular posting schedual, making hte posts at the bottom quite old, so you could probbaly cut back on the posts per page to 3 or 4.

It may also be worth considering increasing the font side in your sidebar, just a little.

Otherwise a very nice personal blog.

My complaint is the total blackness on the site. I would go with a lighter background. Just experiment with your look.

I dig the graphic at the top. Some of the pictures are x'd out for me. When I click on them, it wants me to log on to wordpress. weird.
