Recent re-design - Interested in feedback

About a week ago I put up a new design for my blog. It's a WordPress theme that I customized. I would appreciate any feedback positive or negative.

I really like it! My kind of theme! Simple, but still colourful! I dont know about the georgia in the grey bar at the top, perhaps the text shouldn't be bold either, otherwise I love it!

Err, perhaps you'd post a "before and after" look so that we know what you have changed exactly?

I like it Vandelay, it's really clean and easy to read.

Only thing I'd do is put the recent posts directly under the # of readers, than the subscribe than categories. It kinda pulls your attention away from the post at the moment and if someone is going to subscribe they will of read down that far. Either way looks great; I can see you've been busy!
