You can create your backlinks by finding a relative keyword that represents your blog then find a site that is relative to your blog (contact site admin ask them if you can exchange link with them)

I look and read your blog and it is helpful but i am already a member of some of that programs. Some works some also not really. I am scared of surveys because most of your personal information they will going to ask and i dont want that. But anyway our blog is nice.
