I like your layout alot. I also like how your header is a movie reel. Very fitting. Also like the 3 columns with 2 on the sides.

Only suggestion is that large square add you have on the first fold... Unless you are making some decent $$$ with it I"d get rid of it as it blocks people from seeing the content of your sidebars. Also may give some the impression you are just doing this for money which is never good.

Apart from that it's a cool looking blog and I wish you the best of luck. Thanks for joining the forum and looking forward to seeing you around.

I like the blog, and Bloggeries idea above. Perhaps you could also wrap the text around the initial picture so that people can see more of the text and become more engaged in that manner? Keep up the good work, and welcome!

looks like you've got a good start, but maybe you could include some of the movie posters or dvd covers next to the links of the full posts. if anything, it makes it really easy to see at a glance what other movies you've reviewed, and it also adds a bit more dynamic to the main page. Just a thought.
