How do you know if a blog is do follow or no follow?

If you follow those blogs then what happen? Are you going to get visitors by following them. If so , I would want to follow them.

I am sure glad that my blog is a PR 3 and didn't make this list. All these lists do is increase spam. I should know when I first started blogging I thought they were are great idea. I have since removed all of these lists.

You can look at the source code for the page and look at the links in different sections of the page (comments, etc.) and see there.

Also, there are different firefox add-ons that can tell you.
