first of all, loving this forum, I've been checking out some very interesting threads. keep up to good work!

Now, i'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this, so this is an open questions to all of the moderators and members.

What I'd like to start here is a topic that I have started on digitalpoint which has been very helpful and useful for a lot of bloggers so far and highly rated! 5 days ago I started a topic showing people in details on how to reach $10 a day with google adsense, only by SEO (so this is not a scam, a way to promote my blogs, no purchases,...) totally legal. The reason why I started this was because of the amount of people that had no idea on how to achieve this amount with google adsense. The purpose of my topic is to help people who just started to use monetized blogs. I'm running a day by day project telling showing them exactly how I do it etc..

As far as I know i'm not allowed to put any links here (especially since i'm a new guy here) so mods if you'd like to watch and apporve the project, please PM me. I hope I can help as many people as I did on digitalpoint.

Allright so here we go:

Hi guys

I've noticed recently that a lot of digitalpoint users wanted to know how to get 5-10 dollars a day with Google Adsense. So for them I'm gonna start TODAY a project here to actually get to that amount. You will see how long it will take and how much effort you will need to put into this. Feel free to comment.

So first of all, i've created a new blog: Brainwave Synchronization

niche type: health/psychology software
This niche is not the most popular one, but that will make it a bit easier to rank high in google and youtube.

So what i've done so far:
-created a new blog with content and adsense (+-sandwich technique) --> still need to sort out the content
- Uploaded a video on youtube + using keywords
- i've searched for important keywords
- created a SEO plan with excel to keep my work sorted and done (important)

- i've imported the google analytics code into my blog

The keywords have been found with the google keyword tool. I've collected all the most important keywords that are related to my blog:

"biofeedback, hemi sync, neurovector, meditation brainwave, alpha brain waves, mind machines,sync brain, research brain, damage brain, brain synchronization, Brainwave Synchronizer, brainwave, neurofeedback, brain sync, brainwaves, brainwave entrainment, hemisync, mind waves, brainwave software, brainwave sync, brainwave activity"




I'll post updates later tonight.
btw so far without having done a single SEO thing: 1 click and 24 views

BTW there's no use in copying me, try the same with a different product or niche.

Alright so here's a little update of today day 1:

What have I been doing today:
1. I've started by social bookmarking with socialmarker.com. Since some websites are offline, I've only been able to post 31 bookmarks. It's a lot of work but as we all know, it's worth it.

2. I've created a new tubemogul account + new accounts for the video websites. After that I have uploaded my video. Each video shows a link to my blog and contains tags both in the description as in the tag area.

3. Did some pinging

4. I've manually uploaded the same video on a couple of other video websites.

5. Social bookmarked my youtube hosted video

6. I've tried to add that same video on related videos on youtube (video responses) that show up on the first 2 pages for 3 main keywords. Obviously not every video allowed me to do so or accepted me.

7. did some extra social bookmarking with 3 other accounts. So to conclude, I must have created over 100 backlinks on 50 different social bookmarking websites. And hell yeah that's a lot of work!

Later this week:

If you've seen my xls file, you must have seen other plans such as article writing etc. For every task i've done, i've coloured the area green. This allows me to keep track of my schedule. I would strongly advice you to do so because otherwise you'll forget to do a couple of tasks. Pretty normal I suppose. So later this week, i'll start writing articles and post them to the biggest article websites. I'm gonna try to create a RSS feed with adsense. Create twitter accounts,get targeted followers,...same with myspace and facebook, repeating social bookmarking etc.

Today's Results:
Views: 119 (according to google adsense, my google analytics domain doesn't work yet)
clicks: 7
= $0.5

My main goal is to get different urls on page 1 of different keywords. That's when the traffic will start to come.

DAY 2:

I've haven't got the time to do much homework today. I've done some results research. I wanted to see what the results were of my social bookmarkings.
After having compared all my main keywords in google (1st 3 pages every time). I couldn't really see much progress, but keep in mind this is just day 2. I usually score pretty good with youtube. I end up ranking on page 1 of some of my keywords and on my main keyword I rank nr.1 which is pretty cool since I haven't really done much so far. If you want the proof: search for "brain synchronization" on youtube. The amount of related videos isn't that huge but hey it's a market and people search for those products.

Another result that I've noticed is that the same video ranks pretty high on page 2 of google with my main keywords (some keywords have over 1,620,000 results) so that's not too bad at all for having started this 2 days ago.

So my conclusion out of this is that I'll obviously need to bookmark more if I want to have my bookmarks ranking high on google + creating more backlinks, still need to write articles and find some targeted viewers on social networking websites. So far so good I'd say.

Oh btw yesterdays results:
page impressions: 191
clicks: 54 (but I assume somebody tried to kill my account and project...I had 8 clicks before it suddenly got to 54)

so far today: around 50 page impressions and 4 clicks (= $0.75).
(I'll post more stats once I'll be able to do so, so please be patient)

Day 2 final stats: Brainwave Synchronization

113 pageviews
viewers come from: dp obviously, blogger, facebook, reddit or direct traffic
google adsense stats: 8 clicks, 130 views, $1.40

DAY 3 update:

Today I've been social bookmarking all night long. Got the feeling that I'll have to keep doing this all week long, if not longer. It's a lot of work but worth it.
I should really start writing articles this week tho, but haven't found time to do this yet.

On some levels i've noticed a lot of progress. I seem starting to get more views from stumbleupon, reddit and direct traffic. My video has been ranking higher on google (top 2nd page) and on youtube I rank often nr 1 or 2 (with only 24 views lol).

DAY 3 final stats:
google adsense: page imp: 223, clicks: 7 (= $1.83) seem to be heading to $2.
google analytics: 152 visits, 146 unique visitors, 220 pageviews, still 91% in new visits

DAY 4 final stats:
google adsense stats - page impressions: 85 and 5 clicks (= $2.46)
google analytics stats: 66 visits, 66 absolute unique visitors, 126 pageviews, 89% new visitors

conclusion: found out that my video didn't appear anymore on page 2 of different keywords which sucks! So i'm gonna have to work on this again. That's probably also a reason why my visits dropped. But surprisingly on the other hand, I made with 5 clicks $2.46!
