Default School Me on some SEO

Can someone give me some points with SEO

1. I have the All-In-One SEO Plugin through WordPress. What are the most important things to think about when filling out the Title, Description, Keywords, etc.

2. Are there other ways to use SEO besides the plugin in WordPress.

I don't know too much about the topic. I am trying to get my website to better with search engines. I feel like the quality of video content and promotion I have been doing should be generating more views. I am averaging around 100 views this month. My site about 3 1/2 months old.

My website is Callatonic Productions . Thanks!

Check out:

SEOmoz | Perfecting Keyword Targeting & On-Page Optimization

It's a pretty good article that covers the basics of SEO.

I use the wordpress All-In-One SEO Plugin, and only add keywords - the title and description is automatic

your site is still new in google's eyes so traffic will be limited, but I did spot a fault on your site - your home page post excerpts are acceptable - but when you click the link to the post page it's the same content - the post page should contain much more content

having the exact same content on the post page as in the home page excerpt works occasionally on a mature site, but even then not all the time - and I add something different to my post pages - e.g. Producer prices fall again - but banks are still creaming it - National Business Review - note the new content under "Similar Currency Trading Posts" heading

also, when somebody has read the post page, the next person (or search engine spider) to read the page sees additional content in the form of "people who read this post also read" - then a list of additional posts

get some more words on the post pages!
