Backlink checker tool - nofollow, dofollow, anchor text, PR

In one of the threads somebody asked how to check for dofollow backlinks - here's the best I've found - but make sure you don't use a final slash on the URL you're checking - you won't know where the anchor text links are coming from if you do

e.g.
Car Insurance (is bad)
Weight Loss (is good)

It's certainly an interesting backlink checker. It's nice to have all sorts of different data about the links in one place.

I have never used it but I have heard that firefox has a plugin that detects if the link is dofollow or not.

How do we check links to our blogs from major sites only (via typing a line in the address bar)? I remember reading about it in one of the threads but can't remember which one.

Looking good checker, shows that I only have backlinks from here. But I have not advised it.

My browser itself recognizes dofollow/nofollow links easily and can list them in panel.

What?

I'm guessing you used the checker and your best backlinks are 2 pagerank 2 links - and the rest are worse or none existant

those links should give your blog a pagerank 1

if you can get a couple of links from pagerank 3 sites then they should give your blog a pagerank 2

the less internal and external links the linking page contains the better - as pagerank passed is a product of page pagerank divided by link count multiplied by 0.85

any dofollow link is better than nothing as the pagerank of the link page may increase over time
