Hi everyone. I'm a first time blogger and would like some feedback on my blog please. It's a bit plain now, but I dont really know how to make it look better.

Simple, clean look and, as you say, a bit plain at the moment. Maybe some pictures? You might also want to give a heading for each point in an 8 point guide? Makes it easier to read and pick up the bits that are most interesting.

Also I'd take out the ads under the header - at least until you've got some traffic going ... otherwise it looks a bit spammy?

Thanks for your feedback Ian I removed the ads under the header, and it looks much better. Im not sure i understood what you meant about giving a heading in an eight point guide? I numbered them but somehow i dont think that was what you meant=P

The reason why there is no pictures is simply because i have no idea what kind of pictures to put there. Any ideas?

I noticed you edited the post .. the link to the previous post would be better as a hyperlink? And the headings ... I meant add them to the paragraph so it would look like

Let me explain dating rule number four. It's not that hard, really. When it comes to .... etc.

As for pictures. Well .. maybe some pictures of men dating women would be a start? I find stock.xchng - the leading free stock photography site a great resource for free, high quality pictures. I'm sure there are other sources too.

From a woman's point of view, you might want to think about collaborating with a woman on some of your posts. I'm not sure how successful you are with women, and I'm not sure if your goal in this blog is to get guys a date, to help people find love, or just to get guys laid, but if you're looking for anything that's not the latter of the 3, you should consider asking women what they think every now and then. I was reading the post you have up now and found it humorous.

lol - that's funny. Guess it shows how true it is that women really do like different things!

edit: Maybe that's a good point to put in your blog.

I really like the idea of this blog.. I'm sure people will love this and digg it.

My only suggestion for you is to get your own domain. I see a site like this getting popular very soon so you might want to switch over before it gets to be a real problem. Once you do that, then you can get a better design and so on.
