Lutein and Zeaxanthin for Healthier Knees

Well, that's the title of my latest post at my antioxidants blog which is about antioxidants. Lutein and zeaxanthin are antioxidants which can be found in colored fruits and vegetables. Lutein supplements are also commercially available. Enough of that. Kindly visit my blog if you're interested in the info.. Hope you'll be.

I'm hoping to develop awareness on the importance of antioxidants to our health and reaping the benefits especially when we get older.

I'd welcome suggestions on how to make my site interesting. It's kinda boring subject you know.

Nice blog on antioxidants. It's becoming more and more important and talked about in most peoples lives. Also great title for your post it drew me in right away as I have bad knees. I'm going to try some of your suggestions. Maybe try playing around with some different templates and see how it looks. However since your blog is mostly informational the current one is definately alright. I'd keep getting great and interesting facts and putting them in your own words like you're doing. If you are passionate about it and stick with it I can see it doing well and getting some high paying keywords maybe through adsense.

Is this your first blog and if I may ask how did you find us?
