I would recommend a few things
first of all the layout is not very appealing,
second in order for your blog to be attractive, you need to have content about which to write, in other words think about what you can write about which would be interesting for others rather than just ads and offer valuable info. For example, I consider myself an internet marketing expert and so I have a blog exclusively on this at http://www.onlinemarketinglessonsblog.com perhaps you love or are good at cooking, some kind of craft or sport etc. Build a blog around this and subtly weave in your business.

I have to say I'm not a big fan of the design since it's a standard template. Please don't be offended... we have all been there ! But there are a lot of blogs out there and you will need to customize yours a bit to stand out. There're tons of free templates on the net !

There are way too much clutter at the bottom of your blog. People won't scroll down... Once again, we've all been there ! We we start blogging, all the widgets are fun, then we usually get rid of 75% of them

As for ads... my plugin blocked most of them but I hated the pop up. This might bother readers a lot !

I'm not sure what is your goal. Link exchange and advertising are good, but you will need to focus on some content. I.e : people won't link to your blog (not page rank yet etc.) just for the sake of it. I'd suggest to take an approach, like teach something about marketing, money, advertising etc. to be more efficient.

Please, keep in mind I'm not putting down your blog and your work. I'm just giving advice - and I can be wrong too !
