I recently started a new blog that uncovers ways to work smarter, rather than harder. It includes tips on how to save time, how to save money, how to save energy, and just basically how to save your sanity!

I would love to get some feedback about the site and some comments to some of the posts. Please let me know what you think!

Any advice on how to promote the blog is also very much appreciated!

Very good looking. The content looks professional and the design is also nice. The best way to promote your blog right now would be Entrecard. It is basically an ad sharing service that brings most of its users between 50 and 200 visits a day depending on how active you are.

In the long run though commenting on other blogs, creating judicious link exchanges, and participating in forums such as this one are going to be best for your blog.

I don't think the blue works very well with the Orange logo. Layout is solid (what is not to like after all, it is a Brian Gardner layout) I like the rounded "web 2.0" corners you have added in. I would try to find a lighter shade of blue to use for the background.

I think it looks good but also looks somewhat new?

Unless you will change the pictures under the first main snippet maybe think about lengthening the summary of the featured post and just having text for the other featured?

Pretty good Andrea! One of the few blogs on here if an icon next to the URL. Design is very good too! I only think that it should be a CONTACT ME instead of a CONTACT US - except of course, yours may turn out to be a family blog then CONTACT US is totally fine.

Have posted a comment on there as well and am learning new things about Americans and your culture, which I enjoy very much. Take care and I will visit your blog again Andrea (if I don't, you can bump me with a message sometimes!)
