 Cool Call Center Review and News Blog
Cool call center and review blog, I'm assuming you've been working in the industry for a while and as a result consider yourself a vet? Definitely a good niche as more and more call centers are being outsourced to that part of the world. Also useful for people thinking of doing outsourcing internationally. Pretty interesting but a bit too technical for me ! It was fun to check out anyway cause I worked in a call-center for a couple months when I first came to Canada. You seem to be an expert, I'm sure you'll have readers ! |

You do have a unique niche! If you get enough exposure the the right crowd, I can see it being very successful. I haven't worked at a call center, but I have answered phones from home, which makes some of your post relevent to me too.
