I think you have some great ideas in your blog. You give great tips for both do's and don'ts, which a lot of blogs just give do's. Good job on that!

If I were you I'd spice up the way your blog looks, though. Get a new template. Go to Google and search for Blogger Template. You'll get a lot of results. You can find something that still will fit your Green theme, but won't be so, well, green...

Thanks for the comments. I changed the page background to white to lighten up the page. I'm too sure on how it looks so I'm asking the bloggeries members. Please check out my page and tell me how it looks.

I've tried searching for blogger templates and found quite a few...but they never upload correctly. Blogger would give me an error. So I don't know.

Great ideas in the articles.

You might want to lighted the dark grey background as it was difficult for these old pair of eyes to read the content.

How broad is your topic scope? I mean, so far the postings, while good, are fairly generic. After about 60 posts or so what will you do then?

What we've done on ours was to expand from our own home reno to our experiences with home energy conservation (a natural tie in) and it leaves us with plenty of avenues for content subject matter. It also allows us to attract site advertisers & sponsors that have good / services that are strictly environmentally focused as well as those that have nothing to do with the environment.

Keep it up. It all helps 'the cause'.

I had the same problem. You have to delete all of your gadgets, then redo them. It's a pain, but worth it. I physically had to go and edit my html to delete the gadgets all the way... I got it eventuall, though. If you have trouble, you can PM me the html and I'll see if I can figure it out.
