My brand new blog Push Standards allows me to:

Write articles about blogging, web design, entrepreneurship, marketing/promotion
Post my original photoshop tutorials
Host Contests to help out fellow bloggers
Announce my several large website ideas launching over the coming weeks/months
Showcase my design work (I have 8 years experience in web design)

My website: Push Standards

The blog has only been online for 4 days so far but is doing fantastically well:

Over 2000 uniques in the first 4 days online
Returning visits pretty much doubling every day
Secured advertisers already
Featured on many Css Galleries
Kept up posting original content 3 times per day since launch
Further big plans for the blog coming soon!

Well I guess that concludes my 'showing off' post Please let me know if you want to know more about my site or myself... If you're interested in how I'm achieving such success so quickly I will be posting my first 'blogging diary' next Tuesday explaining in immense detail everything that I'm doing with my blog every day this week. Hi there. I feel you did a nice job with your blog layout. I also liked your Feb 15 post on "How to Manage Your Time". It was clear, concise, and allowed me to get the gist by scanning through it for the key points. You have some cool graphics in your site, and your portfolio page shows off your work nicely.

I would make a few changes to the "Hire Me" page you have. If I were looking to hire you, I'd be interested to see your professional resume, and perhaps you should include some information on the "consulting process". That is, if someone does want to hire you how do you go about managing and delivering the project. As an IT director, when looking for graphic and web design work, there is so many service providers out there in this field that I'll have limited time to scan peoples pages. I look for something that grabs my eye within about 30 seconds when I'm just trying to narrow the field of possible vendors. Again though, the portfolio page you put together goes a long way showing your work and describing what you've done on those projects.

Overall though, I think you did a great job!
