Looks good but I found the navigation alittle awkward. So first post is up top others totally different format underneath? What made you choose to go this route? I think it's good but could be better with a new template maybe.

Nice blog content wise but I find the separation between the first post and the rest a bit disconcerting, like the earlier posts not part of the same blog.

ahh... you have a nice content.. but I think you need to clean your template.. its kinda messy.. I don't know if its the PC that I am using but I think it takes too long to load  and what happen to that RSS image?..
