Something a little different

I've had fun going through some of the sites people have linked through this forum, and have found their different motivations for creating them interesting. My personal journal is quite a bit older than many of the sites linked-to on this forum, and has been reviewed by bloggeries a long time ago.

I was wondering if you felt much has changed since then, or if you had some ideas to make it look more modern (or, feel it looks fine). I am very pleased with the way things are, but I am sure there are things I could do to make it look and feel a little bit more with the times.
