I usually do some directory submission, social bookmarking, article submission..
that's my way of promoting my site...

@ redtomato, thx for the suggestion. I'm am going to implement the scrolling of other posts in the future just as soon as I get other advertisement opportunities to post on my page. I think by putting only one post per page I can optimize on adsense's 3 ad spots per page rule. Like I said, my site is brand new so if I don't start getting clicks soon I might have to change the look.

@ghing, i actually am just starting to promote thru forums (like these) and participating in other blog comments. Also, believe it or not, last night I walked around the business area of my town to post flyers around local businesses. I figure my website is for people like me who are tired of their day job so I might as well go straight to the source. I know this is not the most common way to promote a website now a days, but I need the traffic any way I could get it.

directory submission? article submission? social bookmarking? haha, sorry to say those are all foreign to me. I'll look into those. Any additional info you could give me would be great.

Cool blog, I'd love to leave the 9-5 behind sooner than later so I'll be tuning in.

One thing I did notice was do you not have any category structure?

@ Bloggeries, no I don't have category structures as I am a lazy man, haha. I figured I'd put my entries in catagories once I get to a certain number. I'd say 10 is a good round number to start categorizing my posts. I figure my first five posts are easy to find right now, but i'll have to organize them later. I should do it sooner, but I don't for the same reason should have washed my car yesterday too

plus, football is on today, haha.
