A new Start, please Review!

This is my second attempt at blogging in the first one i got carried away and posted every day and ended up becoming bored.

I hope not to make the same mistakes this time.
All criticism is welcome.
Hope you also give some suggestion and warnings of possible barriers i might find.

The blog is recent so there are very few posts!

I'm loving the template. It's easy on the eyes and puts the focus directly on the content, which is good enough to take it. My only advice would be to polish your grammar and punctuation up in a few areas. Otherwise, it's good.

EDIT: Also - in your About Me page, you say your "posts will be a bit more sporadic.", I don't think that's something you would necessarily want to do, especially to advertise. I don't think too many readers would be interested in following a blog with sporadic updates with irregular intervals. If you want to limit your posting - try something like once a week or fourth night. Keep it regular so when the readers knows when to return.

Very good points.

In terms of grammar and punctuation I totally agree, i have the excuse of being Portuguese but i do want to improve. Practice by writing and reading probably the best method.

In terms of posting schedule really good advice. I think i will settle for posting every 3 days.
I might even get one of those calendar widgets to highlight the days i post.

@nmmb - You are off to a great start. I just looked at your blog. It IS a really eye-pleasing layout, and very easy to follow what's happening with your blog: It may sound silly, but if you're going to have a personal blog, it should look like a personal blog!

I'm also impressed that you have not cluttered your content with ads. It's too early, and right now your blog signals that you take what you write seriously.

There are indeed many many small grammar mistakes. You seem to have trouble with "it's" and "its" and "to" and "too" - Unfortunately, the percentage of Americans who get that right is tiny too. But since it is a personal blog and since you have a very nice "About" page, making it obvious that your first language is not English, it's easy to over look the small grammar mistakes.

Keep up the good work.
