WordPress Thoughts

I recently started a blog to share the thoughts of WordPress users. Basically we provide reviews of plugins and themes, as well as we're starting a series of content to help people modify a theme for themselves if they find a theme they like but there are small annoyances with it.

We also allow anyone to sign up and contribute to the blog to get your thoughts heard the way you want them to be heard.

Can you please give me a review of all aspects, content, theme, and anything else?

I think it's a great idea. With more people blogging resource blogs such as the one you have begun will continue to grow in demand in my opinion.

For this particular niche I'd focus hard on a great original theme. It has to be a theme that when people look at it they will say wow, that's pretty awesome. Also use alot of the widgets you give rave reviews for. Also try and get as many people that are dedicated to work on it. Best things are collaborations.

@Andrew: I came across that blog the other day and I thought it was a splog! I'm sorry, but I should have visited the ABOUT page before making that conclusion.

I have a little suggestion. Perhaps you'd include an image with each of your posts? That would make reading more pleasant, LOL. Maybe it's just me

Thanks for the comments. Seeing people comment about the site really encourages me to work harder on the blog itself. I have future plans for the site to help get the word out about WordPress itself, and increase the information about some very useful plugins.

@Bloggeries, I have a personal blog but never really got into the habit properly, but this one I'm determined to make work, and be successful.

@pelf81, I'm sure that some people make a mistake and make judgements about a site, but I'll forgive you this time, but thanks, I will look at using images in posts, especially those that are plugins or themes to help break the monotony of text.
