Interesting blog.

One problem, though, is the spacing of your page. Everything seems fairly compact and tight together making it a bit disorientating to read.

Try increasing the width of your sidebar and main body a small bit to give your reading material and links some breathing space.

Other than that I like the colours you've settled with, nice and easy on the eye.

I don't getting a bunch of unique visitors by itself is too meaningful. At least for me, I'm trying to get people involved in my blog.

As to your blog, I only have a few thoughts: You have some pretty long blog posts. At some point, you might want to consider breaking really long posts into a series of shorter ones.

It's almost difficult to tell where one blog post begins and another ends.

Your blog title makes a person think that there will be jazz content. It doesn't look like jazz content to me. I honestly think it's not a good idea to have a blog name totally removed from what the content is. I understand your metaphor, but many people are going to take your blog title literally. Actually you do have quite a bit of jazz content, but you seem to have a real mix too. It's a bit confusing to me.

You could stand to add some sort of social media widgets - Share on facebook, or tweet this.

Do you have google analytics installed?

Clicks are not a very helpful measurement - What you really might want to know is absolute unique visitors.
