Looking For Feedback on my New Blog

I've recently started a blog about Android. It's been more popular than I expected, so I would like some feedback on how to make it even better. Thanks in advanced!

Simple but efficient layout, easy to read. That is really important to me. I won't even stay to read a blog or website that has crazy background to text colors, too hard on the eyes. You have done well with keeping your site clean.

One problem that I did have, was page load was extremely slow, and I am using a cable connection.

Other than that, perhaps a little more variety in your subject matter will keep people coming back. Now that I have read your Android articles, there is no reason for me (I do not have Motorola or Android) to come back.

Your blog is nice! The layout is very clean and not cluttered. But one question I have is are you going to update everyday about gadgets which will get android because I read your articles and now know what android is therefore there won't be much of a reason for me to visit again, kind of like what "basketofeggs" said. Or are you going to update everyone with news on whats happening in the world of android? Cause that would be different. Yes and the topic of your blog, what made you choose it? Cause I don't know about how many Android users they are around the world, since it looks to me like it's new technology. But I think overall your off to a great start!

Everything looks pretty good. The site and content are fine for now and will grow as you continue to post. The only suggestion I have is to consider elaborating in your About section. Tell people why you're an expert on the Andoir/Droid and why they should care about your opinion. Exaggerate if you have to, but don't lie.

Thanks for all the great feedback. Yes, I do intend to update with news every day as well as features and apps reviews. And to basketofeggs, I used to have a blog which covered a wide range of topics, but it was a little overwhelming. If I don't get as much of an audience, that's okay, because I'd like to only blog on Android and devices powered by it. It may load slowly because I have a lot of images on it, I'll try making less posts on the home page.

The topic range doesn't have to be daunting, but as an iPhone user, I think you would snag a huge audience if you covered it. Google "iPhone" and count the results, then google Android and count the results. That is the difference in viewers that you are throwing away. (the %)

Not only that, but through your expertise, you may even begin to sway people towards your obvious favorite...

I like the topic of your blog and also the layout. I think it's fit to your blog.

Here are my thoughts though. I wouldn't necessarily display the number of visitors you get especially if your blog is small. It's like saying .. well I don't get a lot of traffic. You know what I mean?! I would simply delete it and maybe use the sidebar to promote your best articles or the ones that are popular.

You could also add a little bit of information to the sidebar about the blog or why you know what you are talking about.

Otherwise I would keep it the way it is. Great blog!

I found something that may or may not be of interest you in the world of Android.
Have you heard of Gesture Search by Google? It is made for Android 1.6 or higher and turns alphabet gestures that you make on the screen into a search for whatever you linked it to.

Anyways, thought you might be interested in this, let me know what ya think.

This is definitely a blog I'd like to follow!
For a gadget/cell phone geek like me, this is very interesting.

It's very clean and crisp, which I enjoy.
I also like your little personal touches
