I agree that a bit of exposure doesn't hurt, and twitter has been my entire means of marketing my own blog. I would say with your twitter profile it looks like you've got the cart before the horse. It's not a good place to just tweet links. I'd work on trying to connect with others, gain quality twitter followers (not just quantity), and definitely follow back the majority of your follows, but not the spam follows or otherwise offensive follows. There are a lot of bloggeries folks on twitter. I am @SbuxMel
