I know I have asked you all to look at my blog before, but now I have a few more posts and I think I am improving with each post. If you would please take just a moment and let me know your thoughts on: the layout, the content, ways to improve my visibility, or anything you dislike, or like about my blog. Great site. I tried to comment but was a little confused - I guess you don't allow comments unless you have a login name for the listed types? Anyway, the picture you have on there with the beef and greens - where do you buy the beef (or chicken) like that? I always wonder this when I eat Chinese or Japanese food as their meat always seems to be similar to that. |

Scottk, Its just a big chunk of sirloin, you have to put the meat in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then it is firm enough for you to slice. Slice it as thin as you can against the grain. Thanks for looking. |

I took a look at your blog. I am a cook so I was especially interested in your recipe. That is a lot of water for those greens. I liked the pictures and showing the steps for cooking. The beef with greens did look good. It looks like the greens were more sauteed than boiled. I was not crazy about the black background, but maybe you used that color to make the pictures pop. Hope this is helpful

I wasn't so crazy about the black background myself...but the pictures look 100 x better on the black background. I originally had it dark blue...but I didn't like it either Thank you workinghard for your thoughts. |

Where do you get all those recipes? You're doing a fabulous job with enticing pictures too. Keep up the great work.

i really enjoyed reading your blog! I'm new to blogging and always enjoy blogs with lots of pictures. I love how in your recent posts have photos of the cooking as it progresses. Just from my experience with working with recipes in the kitchen, I always wonder if what i'm cooking 'looks right' as I'm doing it so I think that's really useful for readers who are gonna be trying out your recipes. Great job and keep posting! I'll definitely be checking back for more great ideas in the kitchen! |
