Looking for a Review and Suggestions

I have this URL that I put my personal blog on: Brandon Sheley
I talk about stuff I'm interested in, webmaster stuff really and some stuff about my family.
I don't have any ads or banners on the site, I do have a few affiliate links mixed in with some of the reviews or post about forums scripts, but nothing else.

I'm looking for some suggestions on how I can make a few bucks from the site, should I put adsense on it? (I do have it in my feeds, I forgot about that)

I've been thinking about getting a new design done, the only requirement is that I get something with a white background in the post, I'm open to suggestions on styles, content and how to monetize.

I like it! I think your design is perfect, very clean and open. But then I tend to like these minimalistic sort of themes. The content looks great and you have used images nicely. Overall I think that the site looks good.

Its up to you about how to monetize, but adsense may not be the best choice. If you do reviews I would recommend using Amazon Associates to sell the products that you review. You can make much more money from this. Whatever you do don't put up any adsense if the site is less than 30 days old.

This blog is actually a few years old, I did have brandon.sheley.org and just recently (9 months) move it to it's own url.

Hi Brandon! You have a beautiful blog. It's very clean. You've got some visible traffic (comments) so maybe you're already making money on the blog? I don't know.

I clicked to read your "about me" section, and it left me wondering when we get to see pics of Roxy?

Can I ask how much traffic you're getting, or what are your goals with this blog?

I do get a few comments but I really have to search for them or ask my friends (hey, check out this article and comment pls!)
I don't make much money honestly, just a few affiliate sales here and there, but it's not like hosting is an arm and a leg so I'm happy so far.
I'll have to add some pics of roxy

I get anywhere from 200-400 uniques a day, with 900-1200 page views

I would suggest on branding yourself more. I would love to see a photo of yourself on the first page of your blog and in your about me If you want to see how someone else branded themselves, you should look at JohnChow.com blog. He branded himself well. He has many subscribers.

You could add videos to your blog, free ebook, some fun posts, & Unique Logo that brands you! Make your self stick out from the rest. And people will flock to see you!

To get more traffic:

1.) Write articles for Ezine Articles
2.) Write Squidoo Lenses
3.) Social Bookmark
4.) Add good Comments to related Blogs
5.) Give away a free ebook with your link to your blog!

Thanks for the suggestion, I admit I've let the "no logo" go on to long, I'll work on that.
I've already started with ezine
I never had much luck with squidoo lenses, can I set them up with similar articles I have for my ezine account, similar quality?
I do tons of social bookmarking
I try to comment on other blogs but I'm pretty busy
I've had the suggestions to put out an ebook, IDK though, not sure what I would put in it.

I've added a "suggested products" box in the side column, I'm hoping it'll help bring in a little revenue.

I love the layout of your blog! Nice, clean simple etc. However, it takes forever to load... not sure why, but regardless, it's fabulous!

As far as getting paid for the blog, I recommend just waiting and such. I don't have adsense on my blog and advertisers always find me and inquire into the site. As long as your pricing is fair and such, you will get loads of people. You should check out Mission Clear. I know they're looking to place text links on sites for $150 or something like that! Look into it!
