If you are using feedburner it should be fairly easy to redirect the feed, its a setting that Feedburner offers.

I don't think that there are many more widgets that you need. I would just suggest making a link list of your most popular and funny articles to help people find older content.

The template you have is a little strange. However, I'm afraid that there is simply no way to chance a Blogger template without losing your widgets. You'll simply have to copy everything from the widgets into a text file and then paste them back in after installing the new template.

That is a beautiful blog and well written! I particularly enjoyed the "jargonization" topic. We've all heard a ton of corporate jargon before! I have nothing but compliments for your blog. The content tends to capture and hold one's attention, and I like the fact that you've got a few visuals in there!
