I think that it looks pretty good. You have some nice content though you'll learn more about content layout as you develop as a blogger.

There were a few unexpected little quirks. For example the post that says "Click here to go to the demo reel." Instead it just shows a static image, not the demo reel.

Anyway, keep up the good work!

Nathan, I took your advice and fixed the problem with my Demo Reel link. I noticed that you mentioned "a few unexpected little quirks". Is there anything else that you found counter-intuitive? I appreciate the feedback. Thanks.

That's much better. I don't remember what all else there was, but I do remember that there were a few things which didn't work quite like I had expected. Its probably fine though.

I had a little trouble finding the blog part of the blog - it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to read even one post. You might want to have some blog content on your main page, instead of requiring the reader to click before they can read anything?

Very colourful and surely impactful. If I could make one note for an area to improve - perhaps your blog is very busy! It made it difficult to see the actual posts. I really do like the purple on black though - very cool.

I could not find the Blog when selecting 'Blog Home', there was an empty frame at the top of the page, to many adverts from different sources, Amazon, Google etc:

The 'About' and 'Members Only' pages gave a security warning in IE8, it looks like there is something maybe a script that the browser does not like, a security warning would stop me from registering on any website.

I had this with an ecommerce website and I had to get dedicated SSL certificate for that, which solved the problem, if you are taking subscriptions it may be worth thinking about.

Note:
In IE8 you have an extra frame above the SlideShow at the top of the page, but this and the security warning do not show in FireFox.
