An invite to criticize my blogs overall construction

i only visited the health blog. because im in that line myself so i kinda think the theme is very boring and plain.. but again i did consider it as a health blog, so maybe you were trying to keep it simple, and serious?? the white parts are ok, because its always best to have white as main background, but the combination of grey, and blue is really no no i think. If you know how to change it, id advise that. About the content, i read a couple, i think it is not bad, definately got a niche there.. and most importntly its informative as well, and poeple do learn about things from the post. Great keep it up
