Ic, it seems that we use the same template but yours was tweaked in a different way. Design is clean and organized, everything is harmonious, did you intentionally left your header blank? or is there a problem with my browser?.

I also noticed that you mostly deal with tweaked and recustomized templates, perfect for my list of recommended template directory, justed added yours on the list.

And oh, i've downloaded Artisteer, i reckon that i need to give it a try

Hello Virgellapan - I went to your Health Pit Stop blog. I definitely liked the attractive clean lines to the blog. Some of the topics were interesting, though things like the 9 ways to gain fat would appear to be commonsense to me. Or, at least, I would hope that most people already know those things.

The map and traffic sources seemed a bit startling to me, and unnecessary. It's not useful information to me, and I, as a new reader to your blog, only found it distracting to your content. I think you want people to be thinking about your recipes & health topics, not a map of the world.

That's my two-cents, for what it's worth.

Thanks for dropping by and sharing your feedback. I am an open minded person and certainly value my readers opinion. I already recieved several feedback regarding the map and traffic thing both here and the other forum. I think it's time for me to take it down.

Just went by your site, i got to say that it's one of the coolest site i've seen to date. I love the color combination
I also noticed that you love to tweet with that big blue bird lol...it's kinda cute though.

Cheers for the add, I am between contracts and have some free time, so any theme project ideas let me know, I do like the Techno primer theme, bright, nice and clean, no flash, easy to navigate, all good points for an Information website.

I still have the problem over on the weight loss site, which I can now show you, I found to much going on with the graphic not moving over there.

Ahh, you've finally reached 15 posts, congrats! and thanks for taking the time in sharing the screenshot. I'm on the process of redesigning the two blogs, just finished remodeling my tech blog. I changed the theme to a new one (just found out that the problem was caused by the previous template's codes) you might want to take a peek of the new Techno Primer, i always love reading your honest opinion. It's not quite finish though, i'm still looking for a code to add a submenu on my existing horizontal menu.

The downside of this changed is that i wasn't able to update my health blog for weeks now since i practically spent my entire free time tweaking the new template of my tech blog.

Got a lot of catching up to do mate.

There's not a lot of personal voice in the content, and these topics are covered in so many blogs that I think that you need a personal take on the subject to keep readers.

It's also pretty cluttered - your main design is a very clean one (perhaps too clean - it adds to the impersonal feel), but then all the gadgets spoil that clean design with clutter.

Hello Virgellpana - thank you for the compliment on my blog! I love doing comment exchanges, so I'll happily comment on your healthpitstop blog, and maybe you can find something Starbucks to say on mine.

I went back to your healthpitstop blog this morning and saw that you got rid of the map widget - I definitely think that's an improvement.

For the first time, I just noticed the "translate this page" widget. That's an interesting little tool. I guess generally speaking I find widget's distracting. Have you used it though?

I clicked on "German" and I was surprised that it translates with the German text mixed into the English. So for example, there is a sentence in English, then it is translated into German, then next sentence in English, and then translated into German, and so on...

It makes it a little slow to read, because if you speak the foreign language, you're jumping around between the 2 languages.

I'm not a widget fan generally, and not terribly a fan of that one either. (Except I love my twitter widget on my own blog! LOL).

Your blog is definitely enjoyable. I'll come back to it again.

Thanks for the feedback and point taken regarding the blog being impersonal, a good mate also said the same comment after i had finished changing my template's skin "too white, too clean", uhmmm i'm a bit out of ideas lol, any suggestion to fill in the gaps guys?. Pardon me mate but i don't understand when you said "cluttered", do you mind elaborating? thanks in advance cheers.
