hey guys,

I posted here a few months back regarding my personal blog www.mindparade.com

Now, i've set up a sister blog called www.techparade.co.uk

It's a blog for all things techy, reviews, previews, gadgets, electronics, games etc!

I'd really love some feedback, any tips and stuff!

Technology blogs aren't exactly my cup o' tea, but yours is interesting to say the least. By the way, I've seen that template on multiple occasions, where did you get it?

It's actually a template that i modified in photoshop to give it the trademark finish that my personal blog has, looks kinda neat. The actualy base template blog that i customized is called Pixel.

Yeah i've customized Tech Parade to be a similar design to my personal blog mindparade.com

I'm just on the long and winding road of getting and keeping traffic now, which a large task! I've also got to get my site submitted to google, which is also tricky as they only crawl every so often!

I'd still appreciate other peoples opinions too!

Hey Tom, the blog looks good so far. I will say it almost seemed like some of your posts came off more as paid advertisements than anything, with all the banners surrounding the page. For me as a reader, I normally ignore those types of posts.

Yup, the last two posts sound like paid reviews. If you do paid reviews, it is better to separate them using a real post. You can edit the date to do it.
