Default Welcoming Constructive Criticism

Hey everyone. I just started the whole blog thing and am looking for any tips or tricks that you may have learned along the way. Also let me know if my site is easy to navigate. If my posts are worth anything or not! Thanks for the time.

Your site looks really nice. It is laid out well, and the pictures really draw the reader around the blog. My only complaint is that I am not a fan of the darker backgrounds. However that is just a personal thing of mine. It looks good

Great blog, I really like the layout, clean and simple but not bare.

I'm really digging the site from an aesthetic perspective. Easy to navigate and real legitimate looking.

I'm a bit reluctant, however, to say that your writing seems a bit amateurish and doesn't do much for me.

I think your blog looks great and professional, did you design that or was it a theme you found?

it was a design I found. And I hear you on the writing. Its been a challenge at times to stick with it. I felt I had to post every day and was getting burnt out. Post a few times a week I think has helped me... maybe not also.

I really like how everything looks. It's very nice. I'm curious... how did you get that sliding menu up top and that tag/catergory panel on the sidebar? I'd love to do something like that with my site.
