you have a problem!

I checked the home page and a post page - they both had the same title - Fitness and Muscle - each post page should have a unique title - this is vital!

your category pages have no description or keyword meta content


sort those out and you should do OK for rankings and traffic

How many current visitors do you get per day/month? It's a slow start in the beginning if you're new to blogging.

Study some more about SEO and comment on other blogs similar to yours. Get to know people on the forums and make friends with others over the internet. The blogs that you comment on, make friends with the owner and comment back and forth on each others blogs. Ask them for a link to your blog and then link back to their blog using a "contacts" or "friends" list in your sidebar. Keep making posts on the forums with questions or answers to questions like you are doing now so you can build the amount of backlinks you have with leaving your website link in your signature.

Very professional looking blog. I think you have a few too many adds. However, take that with a grain of salt as I don't have a tremendous number of adds on my own blog. Good luck!

thanks for your advice. Its much appreciated. I might remove most of the ads until I get some traffic built up as they aren't making me any money anyway!

It looks pretty good. The right side of the screen is a little busy though. But overall, it's pretty good.
