Just started a new blog about non-profit blogging

Nice informative site, I bookmarked it. How do you find the time to maintain not one, but two sites?

I have in total about 10 blogs I maintain... Some of them are automated, and I use for resources at work, and about 4, I maintain manually... I confess I spend most of my evenings and weekends working on the blogs...

MFJ: I know I need to work a bit more on the classification of the content.. I am still thinking it through how to categorize the posts... I am happy with the content, but not so happy as to present the different posts...
Is the confusion in that area?

Your blog is really fantastic! I've already added it to my Favorites! The content is the best I've seen in a while and I love how it is organized! I only have one suggestion. As there is quite a bit of information and links to other information it is easy to get a little overwhelmed at first glance. I would consider changing the color of the text in the right and left columns a bit. It doesn't have to be a drastic font color change (perhaps a slightly lighter or darker gray?). I think it would make it quite a bit easier for the eyes to focus on either the current blog or the information in the columns on each side. Just my 2 cents! Love everything else!

I think you are right.. I will experiment with a different colour for the side columns this weekend...

I am still trying to organise all information, making it easier to navigate, easier to read, as I find in general, the longer posts need some concentration of the reader as some are going quite in depth..
