Nice layout, and I like the idea of giving people mortgage information in the current housing debacle. There should be a lot of people researching the subject. I also really like that the Google ads all relate.

Thanks for the feedback! I unfortunately can't take credit for the relevance of the ads, as AdSense takes care of that. I suppose that staying on topic helps!

I like it, ads aren't too bad, they are related to your stuff. Overtime adsense gears itself better

Good site! The ads didnt bother me at all, but it would be nice to be able to see some form of archive so that I can pick older posts to read. Nice and clean layout, easy to read

You have some great content. I know a lot of people who screwed over subprime borrowers with option arms and a slick sales pitch. I used to be part of a boiler room with a lot of sleezeballs. 2 points on the front-end, 2 points on the back-end, and a 1% starting rate with a minimum payment below interest... homeowners wouldn't know what hit them until their rates adjusted or they realized their equity was slowly dwindling. Meanwhile, you have loan officers walking away from a subprime deal with 10 grand in their pocket and more coming down the pipeline.

Btw, your color scheme makes me think of keylime pime...
