Hi everyone, check out my site TipsTree dot com. It's a new site where people can read and submit tips on just about any topic. I've offered a few incentives for people to submit a tip. I employ the 'U comment I follow', your name and link can also be featured in the recent tips and top commentators section of the sidebar. As if that wasn't enough, if you submit a really good tip then you could be featured on the home page complete with another link to your site.

Please have a look around the site and submit a tip to get some free links to your site. Let me know what you think of the site, the design and the content etc.

Hi Mothership,

Very cool concept for a blog. I like how people can enter there own tips. I'm assuming once you get enough from a category you post them on the main page? (Is that how it works)

Either way clean layout and design maybe incorporate a tree into the logo? (Just a thought). Also if you keep doing this it could one day rank well for "X tips" keywords which is a great thing!

Hey Rob, thanks for taking the time to review the site (and post a tip!). The way I choose a topic is if I feel I can get enouh tips on it then I'll post it on the home page, it's not an ideal way of working but it's not bad either.

I would love to get a proper logo and header done (obviously a tree should be incorporated in it somewhere), unfortunatley I'm no good at designing and don't have much money to spend on getting a proffesional to do it so the future looks unclear at the moment regarding that.

One of the reasons why I started the site was because I could rank for a number of keywords so hopefully I'll be able to rank well for a few terms, I'm just going to keep at it and promote the site as much as I can.

Anyone else have any thoughts on the site?

I agree - this is a wonderful concept. I like the layout, and it is easy to navigate. And you can bet that I will be adding some tips in the near future.

I like the concept too, and I like your colors a lot. Reminds me of digg for tips! Perhaps initiate digging on it, you might make some big hits that way.

Good idea Joe. That could work well for a site like that and it's user generated content so its unique and you may even get people who left the tips digging as well. Could be well worth it!

Cool, thanks everyone for taking the time to check the site and the good reviews. I have had some limited success with StumbleUpon and Reddit but I haven't submitted it to Digg yet. To everyone with a Digg account can I count on your diggs? Should I submit the home page or a certain post e.g top sleeping tips?
