I've been playing guitar for 15 years and I would find this blog very helpful as a beginner.

Nice job!

Wow, I love your blog. I will definitely come back to it. Now that I have finished taking business classes I really want to learn guitar. It's one of my life goals.

Hey Josh,

I'm like you. I found some great resources for learning guitar online - chords, tabs, scales and such. I really like the way you are putting it together. It seems like it is much more personal than a how too. I like that. It's more of a traditional blog . I think I'll throw a monkey wrench in and say that I like your layout. I think the simplicity works - the les Paul in the header is a nice touch too.

I like your site a lot and may revisit in the future as learning the guitar is on my bucket list.
Some criticism: the background is a bit dark and the site is very "blogger"ish. However, you did great with the blogger theme you had to work with and everything looks very polished. Best of luck!

Your blog is very well-written and has lots of good content. I might only suggest experimenting with different layout templates, but that's all up to you.

Keep it up!

Thanks Info Helper, i've actually had this advice before but i'm inexperienced with html etc. found some free blogspot templates that i liked but it meant re-adding a lot of things like my google analytics/adsense/feedburner code type things so i didn't bother.

oddly enough i had a guy email me and say how much he liked the layout - especially the colours so now i'm not sure if it needs to change or not. I've noticed that a lot of blogs i like are mostly light coloured backgrounds etc... so maybe i'll keep the template and tweek the colours instead.

thoughts?

EDIT:Whoops! I was looking at the wrong website when I wrote the previous comment. Looking at your actual website, I like the layout and it is easy to read.
