Overall I like it! I think it's a great idea.

A few suggestions:

You're scrolling header - can you slow it down? I didn't have time to read everything cause it was moving too fast.

Maybe in your reviews, write a little more. They seemed a little too short.

I loved the layout! Keep writing!

I will see about the scrolling of my header news.... I think I can do that. I do want to write a little more too, I was trying to keep it short to just get something on the pages, though, good we are thinking alike! Thanks for your review!

Okay, take a look now, I up'd the timer for the scroll bar. It was 5000 milliseconds and I doubled it to 10,000 milliseconds....

BTW, I like your cat, link, he or she looks nice in his/her outfit

Okay, much better now, I have added a lot more content and fixed a few things. I have also done some free summary reviews for some people that asked if I would.... I still can do some for anyone that wants. I do not think I will do free summary reviews forever, but for now I think my site needs the content. Finally I saw that it was indexed. I also changed some of my keywords and SEO stuff. It's a work in progress....

You might want to find a better way of organizing categories. The menu looks kind of messy. As was said above, just write more. It's looking good.

This is definitely a good idea and it looks like you put a lot of work into it. It also seems like something that would be easier to promote than a lot of blogs because there are always people looking to get their blog reviewed.
