Thanks EarvGotti. That's on the to-do list, but I have other priorities while I'm just starting out, such as content and marketing.

Yeah, it's a very informative website. Obviously a little can be done to improve the overall layout, but I think content is far more important (i.e. firejoemorgan.com). Good job.

Very content rich, really nice, but as stated before I would focus a bit on the design, because as you focus on marketing you'll be acquiring new visitors and they will want something also visually stimulating to view.

I agree with everyone else - great content, but in order to keep new readers on the site for more than a few seconds, you need to pull them in visually. There are a lot of people who won't stay on a site if it doesn't "look" interesting, no matter what the content. Even if you don't completely fix all of your cosmetic needs right now, I'd do a little bit.

Love the site, though. You've got some great ideas.

Got a more appealing header pic, not permanent as I want something with a bit of relevance, but at least it's better than the standard blogger one and will keep people there.
