Everyone can blog not just the owner

Hi,

I present you my new blog which has a new specific feature that every user can post not just the owner and maybe some of his friends.

What do you think about the idea. If you have any hints how to improve the site or the interface please make me know...

Maybe this is temporary but I can't get the page to load and it says it is waiting on mycareerview.com...

Overall I'm not really sure how much better this is then people just making their own blogs on wordpress.com or any other hosted site. If you could get people to post it would be great for viewing because your site would essentially organize my readings for me (instead of relying on tagging randomness). But I'm not sure who will use the site to post? They basically are giving up their creative works for free.

it's an interesting idea but you'll have to have some way of moderating and approving posts, otherwise you'll get spammed quickly

I agree with you partially. On the other hand I thought of people who dont have the time to run their own blog but would like to post time to time.
It is placed temporarily on my homepage because I dont have the money to buy new domain.

Some moderation is being taken care of already. Posts have to be authorized before posted.

I recently visited, it looks like you've worked out some of the tweaks the others were talking about. It's a neat concept and pretty generous of you to give away space. I hope it fits the overall concept of your domain. I joined and walked through the process to entering a post and it worked well every step of the way. As a reader - it's a bit chaotic. I'm not sure why I would want to read a blog like this.

A couple of things might make it easier. A different navigation system ... so I can select the category I'm interested from the home page .. maybe the home page would then be some kind of master navigation rather than most recent posts.

Also add an option to navigate by author so that I can find all the posts of an author I like. And put the author of the post up by the title rather than hidden at the bottom of the post.

Ok I will work on those categories I thought of that idea that it might help.
If you want to find posts of particular author type his nick into the search field.
I can put the authors name to the top it would look better...

The first thing I noticed is this sentence:

It should end in a question mark.
