Globally Rational - perspectives of a cosmopolitan scientist

I was hoping that I could get some good, honest reviews of my new blog. I think I'm finally finished with the web/graphics design and a lot of the basic promotional tasks; now it's time to get some people to actually read it and tell me what they think.

The purpose of the blog is to apply a scientist's rational thinking strategies to the social and economic issues in the world. Mostly, I am trying to bring oft-neglected issues to people's attention in an attempt to spread awareness.

Globally Rational

There is a standard blog section, along with a section for essays that I've written in the past (I'll probably be releasing these one at a time so that people can read them as they're published, unless I get a very positive response and people want to see more). There is also a section for my graphics design, which I have been using to get myself some credits with Entrecard.
