Feed Process
Can anyone suggest some good open source software to create podcasts, edit them and turn them into feeds on a PC.

All you need is an internet microphone (plug it into your computer) and record your podcast online with an online recorder like Vocaroo.com
Do you mean RSS feeds in your blog? If you're using Wordpress, use PodPress plugin. RSS feeds are automatically churned out for you. You can read all about making your RSS feeds work for you in this free 24 page ebook (yeah, it's free to download).
