Over at my blog, Hyper Tech Ninja, I have this category CALLED What's On My Ipod This Weekwhere I list some of the new videos on my ipod from last week. So far, it's a smash hit on my blog, and I want to take it a step futher. Usually, I show the youtube video of the download video, but I was thinking about allowing users to download these videos from the post. I also like to add a poscast from these videos. I would like to know 4 things...

1) What's the best free private file hosting service (Hyper Tech Ninja is new, so getting any revenue from the site is out of the question for now)

2) How can I use Podcast to generate web traffic?

3) Can you recommend podcasting plugins

4) How can I add podcasts on Itunes?
