Digg First Page Anyone?

Just wondering if any of you here were managed to get to the first page at Digg?
Personally I think its something unreachable for me

Not unreachable you just need to deliver what the DIGG crowd loves. Apple news, weird story or anything anti-microsoft.

I see people submitting to digg all the time and I Just think... Ok Do you really think that story will get 300-500 diggs? Cummon!

I never bother. Maybe one day if I make something I think they'd like but ... I doubt it.

I've gotten to front page of Sphinn: News, Discussion Forums & Networking For Search & Internet Marketing Professionals a few times.

I see some posts from the same people always on top from time to time
however I guess digg front page should bring titanic traffic to the blog

What's crazy is your blog may not even be able to TAKE A HIT from front Page Digg.

You can try all you want then when it happens... Boom your server goes offline.

I've had my site go down a few times thanks to stumble. Mainly when you hit a few networks at once. It REALLY isn't fun.

Nope, never made it to the top of Digg. Mostly I submit to digg for backlinks.
