I'm going to have to agree with andre, It's going to take some time to get some real interest, in the meantime you need content, content and more content.
Your blog is getting traffic like 99% of all blogs are in their first weeks. Blogs can make money, but you need to establish it more before that becomes your focus, once you have a strong fanbase, then it's an excellent time to pull in some $$$. To get your blog more attention you need to advertise intelligently, submit it to search engine, use google keyword, and comment on others blog so people who visit high traffic sites can see your name, and visit your blog through there. If you can find a related blog with high traffic and get them to post your link there, it will help your traffic a lot, get several high traffic sites to do this and soon you'll be able to match their daily traffic

Link referral and Entrecard are decent systems but you really have to put the time in. Not many of the visitors will read anything on your blog and if you convert 1% to regular readers you'll have done well.

First way to early to give up what were you expecting? Millions of blogs even more getting created each day...

It will take time. Try and remove all major intrusive ads until you have traffic that warrants it. Just keep doing it if you love the topic. If not find a topic you love and do it for fun. All the bloggers making $$$ or most do it for fun IRONICALLY .

I am not liking the WAH niche at all at first I thought it would be cool but now its bleh. I will sell it in a month or two my Alexa rank jumped 5mil and no pr rank yet so as soon as it's optimized I will give it up.

I really like the name and think it is too soon to give up. You can build so much off that name.

I agree with caffinephil that while Entrecard and link referral do take work (I put in about 25 minutes on each a day) we have some great sales because of them.

The only reason I would give up that early is if your tired of writing about your topic after 2 or 3 weeks. But if you love to write about just wait...if you build it, they will come.
