Changing the layout

Have you guys thought about changing the layout for the forum? It's a little too kidish, it doesn't show how good the forum was. I personally saw the forum a while ago and didn't join cause I didn't like the layout but I finally made up my mind and joined.

I like how simple the forum is, I've seen fancier ones and they get almost no traffic.

I happen to like the way the forum is and I'm a frequent member of several dozen forums (and over the years, no less than a hundred different boards). How about offering suggestions of what you'd like to see changed instead of saying how "kiddish" you think it is?

Well the green color maybe make it a little darker. And change the mascot it's a little kid blogger? lol Is that supposed to be a young Carl Ocab?

Maybe a theme switcher would be in order? I like the current desing but I can see how a simple color pallette change could do wonders for other members.
